Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Our shipping fee is a flat £3.95 for purchases under £25, and free for purchases over £25. There's no extra surprises at check out time.
Where do we ship to?
Our fabulous beverage boxes are tracking themselves across England and Wales.
Our liquor license doesn't extend as far as Ireland, North Ireland and the world beyond so we aren't able to deliver to these locations. Boo!
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are dispatched and received within 48 hours, and if ordered before 11am will be received next day.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays.

As a new company we are learning about our deliveries and will do everything in our power to get you the quickest service possible.
Is there order tracking available?
Yes of course! You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details from our courier. Log in to keep an eye on the prize, so you know when your eagle has landed.
Incorrect delivery instructions
Mistakes happen! We get it. Unfortunately, if you provide us with an incorrect address and the box is delivered as instructed we are unable to accept liability for the failed delivery.
If you realise you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll attempt to sort it, if the box has not already been dispatched.
EGO supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or receive a delivery.
An adult signature is required on delivery.
If there is no one home to accept the delivery who is over 18 years of age then the box will need to be redelivered at a later stage.
Returns & Exchange
Returning a gift... how rude! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges for change of mind.
It's a gift remember, just enjoy and try something new (or regift - we won't tell anyone!)
Damaged, Defective & Non-delivery
We lovingly handpick and handpack all of our boxes, but sometimes bottles break in transit which is out of our control.
If you receive a product that is either damaged or defective, or your box simply isn't delivered, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
You may be required to provide proof of the damage to help us out, so we can follow up with our third party suppliers.
